Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy – Permanent Jewellery To secure your appointment for customised fitted jewellery, a non-refundable £10 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your jewellery on the day of your appointment. Please note: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 72 hours' notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or forfeiture of the appointment and deposit. By booking, you agree to the terms of this deposit policy.
